Liability Waiver

When this waiver refers to "I", "your dog(s)", "my dog", or the "owner" of a dog, it includes you, whether or not you are the legal owner of the dog, since you are the person responsible for the dog while using this facility.

1. I understand that I am solely responsible for any harm caused by my dog(s) while my dog(s) is/are attending the Good Dog Unleashed Dog Park LLC (referred to as GDU Park in future references).  I assume all responsibility and liability for any sickness, loss or injury caused directly or indirectly by any person, animal or object.

2. I further understand and agree that in admitting my dog(s) to GDU Park the staff has relied on my representation that my dog(s) is/are in good health and not ill with any communicable condition.

3. I further understand and agree that GDU Park and their staff and volunteers are not liable for any problems that develop, and I hereby release GDU Park of any liability of any kind whatsoever arising from my dog(s) attendance and participation at GDU park.

4. I understand and agree to defend, indemnify and hold GDU Park its members, officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, contractors and their respective heirs, successors, executors, administrators and assigns harmless against any and all claims, suits, costs, loss damage, liability or expense that may arise against it by virture of any of my dog's attendance and participation at GDU Park llc.

5. I acknowledge and agree that my dog(s) are up to date on vaccinations and licenses.

6. GDU Park reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person or dog that does not meet the health, safety or behavior requirements.

7. GDU Park reserves the right to ask a participant and their dog(s) to exit and/or not return to the park if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or dangerous.

8. I assume any and all other risks associated with my or my dog's attendance at GDU Park including but not limited to illness, traveling to and from the park, falls, contact with other visitors or their dogs, wildlife encounters, the effects of weather and the surface condition of all the roads, driveways, sidewalks and trails.

9. I agree to comply with all signage to, from, and at GDU park.

10. The GDU Park reserves the right to amend, change or create these and other rules which may be posted online, and you agree to be bound by any such changes, amendments or rules.

11. If I am not able to make my selected dog park reservation, I understand that I will not be refunded my fee unless cancellation is given in the appropriate time frame as listed on the website.

12. I understand GDU Park does not provide refunds due to weather, illness, being late or forgetting about an appointment.

13. I understand any additional guests that attend the park with me are under obligation of all of the terms and liabilities of this contract.​

I certify that I have read and understand the rules, terms and conditions as set forth in this agreement.

By submitting payment, I agree, on behalf of myself and other members of my family or friends to abide by the rules and regulations and accept all the terms and conditions and statements of this agreement. This waiver is ongoing and will cover all future uses of the GDU Park.
